This year, Preservation Management, Inc. (PMI) celebrates 35 years of business. Since 1988, PMI has grown from humble beginnings to a leader in property management, serving diverse communities with excellence and integrity.
Growth and Innovation
PMI began with a vision to provide exceptional property management services. Today, we manage over 107 properties across 18 states including multiple programs: Section 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and Rural Development. Our mission has always been on creating and maintaining safe, quality affordable housing to help our residents achieve stability and build opportunity. From new technologies to sustainable practices, we’ve remained ahead of the curve.
The Heart of our Organization
PMI’s success stems from our dedicated onsite and support teams—Property Managers, Administrative staff, Maintenance Staff, Resident Service Coordinators, as well as, Compliance, Finance, Training, Safety and Facilities, Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations, and the PMI Lead Team, who ensure safe, welcoming environments for residents. Collaboration with developers, investors, and nonprofits have also been crucial to our growth.
