Celebrating Two Years Strong: PMI’s Commitment to Caring Day

As Preservation Management, Inc. reaches a significant milestone—our second Commitment to Caring Day anniversary—we’re thrilled to introduce a new tradition that embodies our commitment to positively impacting the communities we serve.
The “Commitment to Caring Day” is not just a day off work; it’s an opportunity for our dedicated team to come together and contribute to the well-being of those around us.
Commitment to Caring Day is an annual event where every Preservation Management, Inc. employee is encouraged to step outside the regular work routine and engage in community service activities. It’s a day for us to give back as a team, leveraging our most valuable resource—our passionate and talented employees—to support organizations that are making a difference in our communities.
We had employees participating in many ways. This was a team effort, and as we planned our activities, we considered how everyone at the property could be involved. We had teams at the Violence Prevention Center of Southwestern Illinois PALS Shelter in Hawk Point, MO, Harvester’s Community Food Network, Open Door Mission, Coffee Connection, Peace Village, Maryland Food Bank
Moreau Community Center, Salvation Army, and Second Harvest Food Bank. It has always been a day for unity, collaboration, and shared commitment to making a positive impact.
Whether it’s one significant project or multiple opportunities for participation, teaming up with nearby properties has proven to amplify our impact and foster a sense of community across different locations. As we celebrate our second year, let’s reflect on this exciting tradition together. Commitment to Caring Day is not just a day on the calendar; it reflects our values, our dedication to the community, and our belief in the positive change we can create when we come together as a team. Here’s to making a difference, one act of kindness at a time!
