Our definition of community goes beyond the walls of the properties that we manage.
Affordable housing is our focus, but we recognize the wide range of services that make up communities of choice and opportunity. As an employer, we seek to connect our team – and our residents – with avenues to give back in ways that are meaningful to them.
Our payroll giving program supports Boys and Girls Clubs of America, an organization that we selected because of the transformative impact it has made on the youth in our communities. Our commitment to this organization isn’t limited to financial giving – we actively seek ways to share our time, talent, and resources, including collecting board games or sports equipment for local clubhouses, sponsoring families, and writing notes of encouragement to clubhouse members.
Recognizing that our PMI family connects with their community in a wide variety of ways, we also offer Community Service leave, giving an additional eight hours of paid time off each year to empower employees to volunteer with a non profit of their choice.
Whether volunteering together as a team or spending additional time giving back to an organization that is personally meaningful, the PMI Family has a Commitment to Caring.
